2. PAYMENT & SECURITY
Tomorrow-denim.com use Nets as a payment option. Nets take full responsibility for security when using their payment service. All information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
We accept payment by VISA, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Mobile pay.
The amount will be debited to your account once it leaves our warehouse. All prices are quoted in DKK and include 25% VAT.
We do not deduct the amount until the item is shipped.
If you place an order in weekdays before 2PM, we will send your package the same day.
When we dispatch your package, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will also receive the invoice by email, which is your receipt of your purchase.
Your delivery note is enclosed to your package.
If the package or the product are damaged upon receipt, please notify our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Longer delivery times may occur during holiday periods and sales periods.
3.1 Delivery within Denmark
All deliveries in Denmark are sent by GLS.
Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Free shipping on all orders.
3.2 Delivery outside Denmark*
All deliveries outside Denmark are sent by GLS or UPS.
Delivery time for standard delivery is 2-4 business days depending on location.
Delivery costs: 50 DKK
*We do not ship to Australia, US and other countries outside EU. Please check your country through checkout.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item.
The refund will be made on the same payment card that you used for the original transaction.
You will receive a credit note, that confirms your return and refund.
For orders shipped within Denmark:
Be aware that we impose a fee at 40 DKK including VAT. If you choose to return your item, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
All items are covered by the Danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer, you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase.
This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or deduct in the price, depending on the specific situation.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact our customer service by e-mail at email@example.com. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
Remember that the item must always be returned in protective packaging and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD or similar.
