General
Minimum value of orders is 100 DKK and shipping is minimum 40 DKK. We try to avoid spelling errors, stock errors and price errors but be aware that this may occur from time to time.
Payment by Credit Card
Tomorrow use Nets as a payment option. Nets take full responsibility for security when using their payment service. All information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. You can pay with VISA, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard. The amount will be debited to your account once it leaves our warehouse. All prices are quoted in DKK and include 25% VAT.
Delivery
All items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. GLS’ shipping times depend on the area delivered to.
We ship to all european countries.
You will be informed that your package has arrived with a letter that comes in a mail.
Your order will be delivered in collaboration with GLS.
Shipping
40 DKK in Denmark and 50 DKK aboard.
Packages not collected
If you are unable to retrieve your package / refused receipt, you will be charged the cost we pay for uncollected packages. The fee you are charged are currently 40 DKK/50DKK. Please note that if you want to return your order, it must be collected and then sent back
RETURNS
Since we offer 30 days open purchase, you can try on your goods comfortably, in your living room. You always have the right to return your goods, provided the goods have not been used and that all labels still attached to the product.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for another size. Please complete the enclosed return form and we will send a new one. We pay the freight on exchanges.
To return/exchange an item:
The product is packed well into the same plastic bag it came in, or you can use any packaging / bag.
Fill out and attach the return slip included with the package.
The package delivered at the nearest post office.
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you have paid us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with, or in your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal. The only cost you have if you regret, is to send the item back to us.
Note!! We do not accept packages sent by COD.
IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM (WARRANTY)
When you shop at tomorrow-denim.com, you have 24 month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduct in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
How soon should I advertise?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.
Note!! We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar.
Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Tomorrow knows that it is important for our customers how their personal information is processed and disclosed and we appreciate your trust. This notice contains a description of our privacy policy in processing personal information about customers and other users of our webshop and digital services, including subscriptions to our newsletters. For the sake of clarity, please note that this privacy policy does not apply to the processing of personal data about employees, consultants, resellers and service providers. Storing your personal information depends on the purpose of the treatment.
Firstly, we keep your personal information as long as we are legally required. We are for example. obliged to keep information regarding sales for a certain period in order to comply with applicable accounting rules.
If there are no legal obligations, we will keep your personal information as long as your membership subscription expires and 24 months thereafter.
Personal data not covered by a legal obligation that are not linked to a membership subscription will be stored for 24 months. Email addresses provided via the "Mailchimp" service will be deleted once the email has been sent.

You may revoke your consent at any time that we may use your personal information.
